Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Post bank statements.
- Process incoming invoices using the company's invoice workflow system in line with internal policies and procedures.
- Post supplier invoices in SAP S/4HANA.
- Process and reconcile business travel expenses.
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
- Reconcile payment card receipts.
- Prepare sales and cash flow reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on finance and accounting processes.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly accrual reports.
- Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions.
- Support internal and external audits.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable accounting role.
- Business English skills at B2 level or higher.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Polish accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
